About the role
- The Housing Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development, administration, and monitoring of federally funded disaster and entitlement programs and projects being implemented in areas recovering from natural disasters.
- The primary responsibility will be to ensure that housing programs are eligible under local, state, and federal regulations
- The position also assists in implementation of complex housing programs including new multi-family rental developments, reconstruction, and/or rehabilitation of multi-family rental housing or similar projects.

- The primary responsibility will be to ensure that housing programs are eligible under local, state, and federal regulations; adhere to the HUD-approved Action Plan; and maintain proper documentation to support all eligible expenses incurred by the disaster agency.
