About the role
- The role actively engages in troubleshooting tasks and plays a pivotal role in identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing organizational performance through mentoring and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develops work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Creates and diligently closes work orders, including accurate data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts utilized in the asset management system.
- Leads and meticulously audits preventative maintenance procedures, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Operates, monitors, and maintains facility systems, promptly responding to any abnormal conditions.
- Documents work orders and service logs for equipment repairs, inspections, installations, and parts replacement.
- Leads and assigns responsibilities for complex requests, contributing innovative concepts, and implementing changes for process improvement.
- Analyzes tasks, collaborates with internal partners, and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, aiming to enhance organizational performance.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $29 to $43 USD per hour (applies to United States of America candidates only).
