About the role
- Strong command of field marketing disciplines: events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential, regional, and account-based marketing.
- You've owned complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end - from planning through execution and retrospective.
- You've managed or evaluated marketing technology stacks and know how to make tools work harder for the teams using them.

- Owns your region - This is a true ownership role with real autonomy over West Coast execution and strategy.

Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary ($110,000-$130,000) - with real growth potential as you make your mark and build something meaningful.
