Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in consumer/market research, insights, or a related field.
- Experience using AI tools and/or modern research technology to accelerate insight generation.
- occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office may be required.
- Attendance as required by department
Nice to have
- Master's degree in market research, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or auto finance / subprime lending.
- Experience managing research panels, vendors, or a research operations function.
- Experience partnering with data/analytics teams on data platforms (e.g., CDP).

- Translates findings into a clear, compelling narrative with actionable implications.
- Executive Communication:
- Confident presenting to senior leaders, including the C-suite.

- Experience managing research vendors, panels, and budgets.
- AI & Automation: First-mover mindset applying AI and modern tools to generate insights faster and at lower cost.
- Storytelling: Translates findings into a clear, compelling narrative with actionable implications.
- Executive Communication: Confident presenting to senior leaders, including the C-suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively across marketing and the broader enterprise to align research to business needs.
- Vendor Management: Experience managing research vendors, panels, and budgets.
Compensation
- $170,000 - $199,500 base salary + an annual bonus plan.
