About the role

Occasional evening coverage approximately once a month.
Our days are full with early mornings, school drop-offs, business responsibilities, and cozy evenings together, and we may soon be welcoming a newborn to our family.
Alongside running a busy household, we also operate a growing clinic, which means there are many moving pieces to keep life running smoothly.

Family Support & Child Assistance
Support child-related errands as needed
Create and maintain household organization systems
Perform daily resets and prepare the home ahead of cleaner visits
Manage running household supply lists and subscriptions (Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.)
Support office supply ordering and restock monitoring at the clinic
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Maintain tidy and well-stocked laundry areas
Maintain a smoke-free environment.
You're tech-savvy and know how to use social media to support and promote a business.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
You are extremely organized, confident, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy being a resource for the people around you.
You are a critical thinker who comes prepared with ideas and solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do.
You are a natural people person - comfortable picking up the phone, interacting with clinic staff and patients' families, and representing the household and business with warmth and professionalism.
You are someone who notices what needs to happen before being asked - and then quietly makes it happen.
