About the role

- This role will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, well-structured solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis and documentation related to:
- Maintain clear, structured documentation including requirements, workflow diagrams, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Work closely with other business analysts, development, and QA teams to maintain high-quality delivery.
- We deliver advanced trading tools, transparency, and execution performance to institutional clients across the buy-side and sell-side.
- We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of our order routing products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services, trading, or technology firm
- Strong understanding of U.S equities and/or options markets, including market structure, order lifecycle, and trading workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Good understanding and experience with the software development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, or related disciplines
- In addition, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with algorithmic trading and smart order routers.
- Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Exposure to networking concepts (TCP/IP, APIs etc.).

- Data modeling experience is a plus.

Compensation
- The estimated salary range is $90,000-125,000.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
