About the role
- Supervision Received: Works under the general direction of the Vice President for Finance & Administration / Chief Financial Officer with broad latitude for independent judgment.
- Supervision Exercised: May supervise professional and administrative staff and provide functional leadership for cross-functional project teams.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel between campus facilities and periodic work outside normal business hours.
Responsibilities
- Leads institution-wide initiatives to evaluate, redesign, implement, and continuously improve administrative and operational processes across Finance & Administration.
- Develops process maps, SOPs, performance metrics, automated workflows, organizational assessments, and implementation plans while supporting change management, institutional effectiveness, compliance, financial stewardship, digital transformation, and strategic initiatives assigned by the VPFA/CFO.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes; identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, unnecessary approvals, risks, and automation opportunities; design future-state workflows and sustain operational excellence.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards; evaluate administrative costs and efficiencies; support audits, SACSCOC, IPEDS-related administrative processes, internal controls, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- $80,000 - $100,000/annually
