About the role
- As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility.
- As the voice of the hotel, the Core Intern ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly, including the hotel's phone and paging system.
- Our Core Interns are responsible for: selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests, capturing sales from the incoming calls and coordinating details of reservations for all Hotel Rooms, Spa, Restaurant/Bar, Room Service.

Requirements
- Good problem-solving ability and proficiency in Hotel property management systems.
- The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
- The hiring process includes AI screening for keywords and minimum qualifications.
Nice to have
- Currently enrolled in a hotel operations or closely related program.
Skills
- Previous experience in a fast paced hotel environment is an asset
- Familiarity with OPERA Familiarity with OPERA and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Onedrive, Excel, and Teams) is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
- Additional languages a definite asset for career growth

- Hourly rate of pay $19,15
- Schedule & Hours:
- Successful candidates possess flexible availability and the ability to work a variety shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
