About the role

- Cross-Functional Interviews with Product, Data, Clinical/Ops, and Founders
Responsibilities
- Build a creator and influencer program that drives measurable acquisition, not vanity awareness: whitelisting, Spark Ads, creator briefs, usage rights, clinical review, and performance iteration.
- Own the metrics, budget, roadmap, team, and operating cadence end-to-end.
- Our technical moat is hard to copy-we combine rich data, production AI, doctors in the loop, and end-to-end care operations to deliver measurably better care to a clinically complex patient population.
Requirements
- Experience with creator-led advertising, UGC, whitelisting, testimonials, customer stories, and compliance-safe social proof.
- Our AI-native care-delivery platform currently automates 95% of the administrative work required for us to deliver direct patient care.

Compensation
- $170,000 - $300,000, based on experience
