About the role

  • - Support the operational setup and launch of new ABA therapy centers, ensuring each location is fully prepared for opening.
  • - Train, onboard, and mentor newly hired Administrative Assistants, ensuring consistency in administrative procedures, scheduling workflows, client intake processes, documentation standards, and day-to-day center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support center events, including grand openings, family events, staff appreciation activities, and other operational initiatives.
  • Manage all scheduled and unexpected service visits, including coordinating with plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, pest control providers, cleaning services, locksmiths, internet and security vendors, and other contractors.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and service providers to secure high-quality services and supplies while maximizing value for the organization.
  • Obtain quotes, compare vendor pricing, and coordinate vendor services to support operational needs across all centers.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with Center Managers, vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support leadership with operational reporting, process improvement initiatives, and special projects that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the overall performance of the centers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the continued success and growth of the organization.
