About the role

  • Staffing Managers report directly to the Staffing Director and Senior Staffing Manager, collaborating closely with peers, client teams, and field staff to meet staffing deadlines and uphold Elevate's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Meet all assigned staffing deadlines and maintain a 95% show rate.
  • Manage event-day logistics, including staff check-ins, replacements, and issue escalation.
  • Maintain proactive staffing strategies and utilize backup talent pools for no-shows or cancellations.
  • Build strong relationships with field teams and client contacts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume staffing environment.
  • Authorization Requirement Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to move throughout the workspace as needed.

  • Escalate staffing or campaign concerns to Account Managers as needed.
  • Update field staff hours in 1CRM daily to ensure accuracy.
