Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and determine and implement appropriate repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed service records and collaborate with Engineering leadership to support hotel operations and minimize downtime.
- A highly skilled Engineering Specialist - Kitchen & Refrigeration Mechanic II to perform critical repair, maintenance, and preventive services on commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems across the property.
- A reliable and motivated individual who takes ownership of responsibilities, works with minimal supervision, and delivers consistent results.
Requirements
- A technically proficient professional with strong mechanical and electrical repair skills and proven experience in servicing kitchen and refrigeration systems.
- The ideal candidate will operate with minimal supervision, using expert diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and guest satisfaction.

- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- EPA Certification required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests required.
