About the role
- The essential functions of this position include:
- Work with regional leadership and sales teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and budgets
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing programs and create budgets to support business growth and customer engagement
- Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
- Create and edit marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral
- Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and contact lists
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution
- Support lead generation activities and follow-up processes in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
- Ambition, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas

- A positive and winning attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Be a self-starter with problem solving skills
Compensation
- The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $21.63 and $26.44 hourly.
