As a Social Worker / Case Manager in Nevada County for Recover, you'll work directly with patients to help them with challenges and support their recovery.
This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, will take ownership of patient care, build rapport, and who works well in a collaborative team environment.

Must be comfortable with field-based services (e.g., working with people living on the street).

You will closely collaborate with our medical team to connect patients to medical care, and will be expected to develop relationships with your patients and help guide them through their recovery journey.
