About the role

Responsibilities
- Works directly with providers to implement provider scheduling to ensure maximum productivity.
- Approves all expenditures. Manages office inventory of adequate supplies and equipment. Assures supplies and set up for efficient nighttime services are carried out.
- Participates in the budgeting process and makes recommendations for equipment needs. Monitors budget compliance and takes action to avoid variances above budget. Performs responsibility of accounts payable activities on office expenditures.
Requirements
- 2 years of Office Management experience required with Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and Skills: Possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of insurance (ICD-9/10 coding, CMS regulations, state/federal regulations, CLIA, DOH, OSHA regulations) preferred

Compensation
- $63,356.80 - $82,763.20
- Interviews and hires for various locations due to the needs of the location and adhering to salary budget.
