- Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for Sushi Chefs.
- In this role, you will serve as vital member of our team to enrich the culinary and service experience for our guests.
- Our restaurant concepts include Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba, and Loro.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our teams to create dishes that will be showcased on our specials page and core menu!
Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives
- Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area
