About the role
- PAY RATE - starting rate $23 per hour and progresses to $27.50 if placed on assignment in Downingtown Area School District (DASD) (w2 employment).
- OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening.
- SCHEDULE: PCAs will work on all student days following DASD academic calendar year.
Responsibilities
- Gather daily data and maintain progress notes in the designated format for each session with the child or adolescent.
- The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is a field employee position working in a school setting to provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special needs.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma OR equivalency Complete both PCA and BHT training plans
- paid and provided by CCRES Experience working with school aged children - preferred
