About the role

  • Produce rapid-turnaround product mocks to bolster sales and marketing endeavors.
  • Translate rough mockups and renders into print-ready assets.
  • Provide comprehensive briefs to external vendors, ensuring clarity and context.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, refine, and execute diverse graphic design initiatives.
  • Develop digital and conventional print-ready materials.
  • Create comprehensive visual programs across various consumer touchpoints.
  • Effectively manage creative requests throughout project lifecycles.
  • Maintain and update project details using workflow management tools (DAM/PIM).
  • Collaborate and troubleshoot with co-packers and print partners.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in visually narrating compelling stories.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, lean, and agile environment with proven record of completing projects on time in full through excellent cross functional team. management, leadership, communication and influence
  • Minimum of 3 years of applied graphic design experience.
  • Skilled in 2D rendering.
  • Passion for brands, adept at building communication hierarchies.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with DAM/PIM and established workflow systems is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display proactive problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability.

Compensation

  • The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,000- $105,000 per year.
