Requirements
- Certifications/Licenses Required: Power Press certification, Overhead crane training, and/or Fork truck license/PVO license.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of documented multi-craft setup, die setting, or technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical/Product Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, depth gauge).
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, part drawings, and technical schematics/layouts.
- Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis and formal problem-solving methodologies to troubleshoot systems.
- During operations, the operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine.
- In process checks will be required by the operator to maintain all required tolerances and quality.
- Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations.
