About the role
- SERD, LLC is hiring a skilled Roof Deck Foreman.
- You'll also ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background providing training, and fostering teamwork in construction projects with an emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the superintendent and office support personnel to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain an accurate equipment & materials inventory
- Maintain a work environment that adheres to all company and OSHA standards
Requirements
- Overtime as required
- 2-3 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
- 30-hour OSHA certification helpful but not required.

- Participate in the quarterly and annual bonus programs after probationary period
