Responsibilities
- The team you will be a part of The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
- Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace.
- This role in summary The Cost & Quality and Day to Day System Integrator will manage multiple project management to ensure timely execution and delivery of product design optimization opportunities to improve the cost or/ and the quality of the product.
- Maintain manufacturing productivity by resolving factory issues associated with product design in alignment with subsystem teams.
- Identify and capture efficiency opportunities through product design improvements Will scope ideas and bring them to execution using the Whirlpool Product Development methodology for projects.
- Acting as a central technical integrator, you will align stakeholders, clarify project ownership, drive transparent decision making, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Verification & Validation (V&V) teams to validate design integrity, partnering with Manufacturing Assembly to validate production processes.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management capability (ability to guide without direct authority).
- Product development & project delivery methodology experience.
- Product parts & capital tooling tracker system experience.
- SAP / ERP systems experience.
- Organization, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.People skills to work in cross-functional teams with a can-do attitude and ability to integrate.

- Proficient in English Project management skills and system integration Preferred skills and experiences Experience in the Home Appliance industry.
