- As a Talent Advisor and Brand Ambassador, you will promote Unum through various outreach initiatives and events, ensuring we attract top talent in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong rapport & working relationships with diverse audiences, including but not limited to business management, faculty and academic administration, student organizations, vendors and community resources.
- Develop strategies for attracting diverse talent through networking to boost Unum's brand and proactively source and identify candidates for pipeline.
- Meet recruiting goals and high-performance standards to support achievement of business results.
- Partner and collaborate to develop alternative recruiting strategies, as needed.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Rapport building and interpersonal skills for effective networking.
Requirements
- Associates degree required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of successful recruitment and selection experience required, with knowledge in all full-cycle recruiting components and the ability to manage high volume recruitment.
