  • DSI is currently in the process of interviewing entry-level professionals to join our award winning staff in the role of Technical Recruiter at our corporate office here in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

  • As we have grown, we continue to maintain the "family feel" that encourages consultants to return to us during their career development and for clients to rely on us for their Staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meet client needs.
  • Excellent PC skills required
  • Must have knowledge of internet sourcing techniques and applicant tracking software
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and operate with minimal supervision

Skills

  • 1-3 years of temporary staffing/recruiting experience
  • A self starter with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to be direct and have difficult conversations
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with solid documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Must be a team player
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Bachelors' degree strongly preferred, Computer Science major is strongly preferred.
