About the role
- The Senior Technical Operations Solutions Consultant enhances warehouse efficiency by analyzing, mapping, and optimizing operational processes with a strong focus on SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Responsibilities
- Travels up to 50% to client sites to evaluate operations and support implementation activities.

Requirements
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Active or obtainable U.S. government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Prior consulting experience in a similar operations or SAP-focused role.
- Experience using SAP modules beyond WM/EWM.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, or digital supply chain tools.
Nice to have
- Facilitates client workshops, gathers requirements, and helps clients prioritize operational changes.
- Stays current on industry trends, SAP WM/EWM capabilities, and emerging best practices.
- participates in hiring and talent development.
- Promotes a high-performance, collaborative culture and adheres to all quality and information security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience creating and implementing SOPs to improve warehouse operations.
- 8+ years of experience analyzing warehouse processes and developing actionable solutions.
Compensation
- In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 annually.
- The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
