At MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions ("MacMiller"), the Northwest's leading mechanical contracting firm, we design, deliver, and service HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions for commercial buildings.
Special Projects - Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings to create new efficiencies.
Energy & Sustainable Solutions - Acting as the Prime Contractor, we deliver design-build, energy-efficient solutions in the built environment for both private and public sector clients.

What Will Help You Thrive Current or ability to obtain NEBB Certified Professional (CP) certification within one year of hire.
Extensive experience testing, adjusting, and balancing commercial HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC system operation, controls, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
A trusted leader who earns respect through integrity, technical expertise, and a collaborative leadership style.
Highly organized with the ability to balance field leadership and hands-on technical work.

Establish a positive project culture built on teamwork, accountability, safety, and clear communication.
Demonstrate expertise across critical TAB certifications, including:
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Lift and carry testing equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Safely work from ladders, lifts, rooftops, and elevated work areas.
Stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move throughout active construction sites for extended periods.
Read gauges, interpret testing data, and communicate effectively in both mechanical rooms and occupied spaces.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, noise levels, and environmental conditions.
Consistently demonstrate and promote safe work practices while complying with all company and jobsite safety requirements.
