About the role

  • In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office.
  • You should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.

Responsibilities

  • Develops reports, analysis, or recommended strategies related to product development or enhancement, product language, underwriting guidelines, processes, and agent business practices.
  • Analyzes information and/or data in support of the formulation and execution of operational plans.
  • Researches philosophies and strategies that support growth and long-term profitability goals.
  • Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications and Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have

  • You will report to a Senior Manager, Product.
  • We will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for this position.
  • Prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience with Tableau, Data Studio/GCP, SQL preferred, or equivalent tools.

Compensation

  • $69,000.00 - $115,000.00
  • may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
  • Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
