Nice to have
- The ideal candidate has strong experience leading reporting or analytics teams, translating business needs into clear reporting solutions, and helping stakeholders use data to make better decisions.
- Familiarity with MLM, direct selling, or customer and distributor-based business models is highly preferred.
- Essential Functions
- Analyze key performance indicators and business trends to provide actionable insights that inform strategy and improve decision-making.
- Promote best practices for reporting accuracy, metric definition, documentation, dashboard usability, and consistent interpretation of business data.
- Evaluate opportunities to responsibly use AI, automation, and other productivity tools to improve BI development, documentation, quality assurance, and team efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and appropriate governance across BI systems and reporting processes.
- Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and roadmap development for BI projects.
