Responsibilities
- Perform installations, inspections, verification, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure the successful operation of CV consoles and systems.
- Participate in the development and delivery of technical training to our distributors, partners, agents, and technically qualified representatives of the customer base.
- Maintain and submit technical records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- The FSE is also responsible for the technical assessment, installation, support, servicing, maintenance, and de-installation of all CV systems at customer sites.
Requirements
- OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Must be able to drive approximately 75% of the time within assigned territory and will require overnight travel.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Ability to apply electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, and biomedical engineering principles to troubleshoot complex equipment issues with limited technical documentation.
- Experience delivering technical training or instruction on technical subject matter.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility to travel frequently.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
