- Position Overview This role will be based onsite in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design teams, operators, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Work closely with Operations to coordinate design criteria with budgetary considerations and ongoing maintenance of existing facilities.
- Maintain awareness of the importance of mission-critical facility operation and ensure that all construction activities support this focus.
- Develop, manage, and maintain vendor contracts, assisting with negotiation and ongoing relationships.
- Manage the input and delivery of work products from internal team members to ensure that new data center spaces comply with project requirements, customer requirements, engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications.
- Develop, document, and drive lessons learned, process improvements, and cost and schedule savings initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
Nice to have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects of increasing complexity, with a focus on data center or mission-critical facilities.
- 7+ years preferred.
- Data Center experience is a strongly preferred.
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.

- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves
