About the role

The ideal candidate possesses strong functional knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning, enjoys collaborating with finance and business stakeholders, and is passionate about delivering innovative planning solutions.
This role will work closely with Senior Consultants, Solution Architects, and Engagement Managers while taking ownership of assigned project deliverables and client workstreams.
At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.

Configure and support Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and optimization engagements.
Participate in client discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution demonstrations.
Assist with solution design for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, and strategic financial planning.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, management reports, and executive reporting packages.
Collaborate with Workday Financials, HCM, Integrations, and technical teams to support integrated planning solutions.
Deliver end-user training and support client knowledge transfer.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through exceptional communication and service.
Support proposal development, solution demonstrations, and other practice development initiatives as needed.
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional, technical, and client teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required

As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.
Base Salary Range is $95,000 to $130,000 plus 15% variable compensation is available for this specific role.
At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.
During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience.

Demonstrated success participating in end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through post-production support in Higher Education or Government customers.
Experience supporting Higher Education, Government, Healthcare, Nonprofit, or Commercial organizations is preferred.
