About the role
- This role requires a strong full stack developer who is comfortable owning projects, making informed and aligned decisions, partnering with stakeholders, and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Contributes to team culture by promoting a collaborative, positive, and growth oriented working environment.
- Serves as a trusted advisor and eventual backup to the Development Manager, demonstrating readiness for broader leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Working across East Coast, China and India time zones may be required.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in related fields.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
- Technical Expertise - Front End Development Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Database Technologies Strong working knowledge of MS SQL and Azure SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and standard deployment processes.
Compensation
