Position Summary Navaide is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic Department of Defense program supporting enterprise business and technology transformation. This role is responsible for successful program delivery, client satisfaction, financial

Lead all aspects of program execution, including delivery, staffing, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and serve as Navaide's primary day-to-day program lead.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
Support account growth by recognizing new opportunities, contributing to capture activities, and expanding Navaide's footprint within the client organization.
Mentor and develop project team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Navaide leadership to shape long-term account strategy and prepare for future growth.

8-12+ years of experience leading complex federal programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining operational excellence.
Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Experience supporting the U.S. Navy or Department of Defense.
Experience with enterprise business systems, ERP, digital transformation, or organizational change management.
PMP, Agile, SAFe, SAP, or other relevant professional certifications.
