About the role

Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment.

Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles.
Strong understanding of product development processes, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
Background and drug screen required.
Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.
Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

MBA or advanced degree.
Experience leading initiatives involving digital asset-enabled or cross-border payment platforms.
Deep familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations for global payments and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environments.

Overall Purpose The Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and delivering complex, high-impact product initiatives aligned to Early Warning's strategic objectives.

The base pay scale for this position in: New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $207,000 - $276,000.

Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
