Requirements
- Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
- Background and drug screen required.
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.
- Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience leading initiatives involving digital asset-enabled or cross-border payment platforms.
- Deep familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations for global payments and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environments.

- Overall Purpose The Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and delivering complex, high-impact product initiatives aligned to Early Warning's strategic objectives.
Compensation
- The base pay scale for this position in: New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $207,000 - $276,000.
