Responsibilities
- Design and configure Routeware's platform solutions, including route optimization, GPS tracking, data analytics, and reporting systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support during pre-sales consultations, onboarding, and ongoing system operations.
- Collaborate with Routeware's product team to communicate client feedback and help shape future product enhancements.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to ensure successful client adoption.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or systems implementation within the waste management or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of waste collection operations, route planning, GPS, telematics, and data analytics.
Nice to have
- PREFERRED Experience with Routeware products, or similar waste management platform solutions.
