- Manage a caseload of insurance fraud litigation matters from inception to resolution • Conduct and defend depositions • Argue motions and appear in court regularly • Strategically develop cases through detailed investigations and discovery • Collaborate with clients, SIU teams, and colleagues to build airtight defenses
