About the role
- In this position, you'll ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight from trailers or ocean containers, maintaining the flow of materials within the warehouse.
- You will elevate our operations by implementing process enhancements, resolving issues, and achieving efficiency improvements.
- We're seeking an individual who is dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support warehouse supervisory team in adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their implementation
- Assist warehouse team in utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS), including training and troubleshooting, to maintain efficient warehouse organization
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards through general housekeeping

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum 2 years of previous warehouse operations experience
- Could be required to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching, and periodically lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Site Specific: Ability to speak Spanish
- Possess good physical stamina and coordination
- Certified forklift operator
- Applicants in a warehouse role must complete a pre-employment drug screen as part of a conditional job offer
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading, Shipping Manifests, Delivery Orders, etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
