Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. Must maintain a valid passport and all necessary travel documentation.
- R&D Assistant Chef supports the development, testing, production, and presentation of innovative dessert concepts.
- This role collaborates closely with senior culinary leadership to execute product development projects, assist with recipe formulation and optimization, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the successful launch of new menu items and seasonal offerings.
