About the role
- Follow the Field Service, Technology Department and the UCC Business Plan.
- Personally, be involved in Continuous Improvement and Safety.
Responsibilities
- Support sales staff and help in the development of new accounts.
- Support UCC philosophy focused on facilitating the growth of the organization, continually improving quality, and driving to a world class safety and environmental culture.
Requirements
- Complete technical papers or presentations as required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Plastics.
- Preferred Experience, Training, and
Skills
- Five years' experience in injection molding.
- Experience with color, color matching or color compounding.
- Extensive experience working with the automotive industry.
- Experience with use of spectrophotometer.
- Strong working knowledge of resins and their capabilities.
- Must have excellent color acuity.
- Knowledge of the plastics industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Travel required.
