About the role

- This role will coordinate the delivery of website enhancements, digital platforms, system integrations, analytics implementations, AI-powered experiences, and other marketing technology initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with IT and development teams, and skilled at bringing clarity, accountability, and structure to complex digital projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of web, digital, and marketing technology projects.
- Lead project planning from discovery and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risk logs, decision logs, and status reports.
- Partner with IT teams to evaluate project requirements, technical feasibility, architecture, resources, security needs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with web developers, solution architects, infrastructure teams, data teams, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technical support teams.
- Manage dependencies involving systems, APIs, integrations, environments, access, data, hosting, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, web operations, digital marketing, marketing technology, IT delivery, or a related role.
- Experience managing websites, digital platforms, software implementations, system integrations, or technology-enabled marketing programs.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with IT, web development, engineering, or other technical teams.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable technical deliverables.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and technical dependencies simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to nontechnical audiences.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Understanding of digital project lifecycles, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience managing corporate websites, website redesigns, digital transformation programs, or marketing technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered search, chatbots, enterprise search, analytics, tag management, personalization, or marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, data flows, web hosting, and release-management processes.
- Understanding of SEO, web accessibility, data privacy, cybersecurity, analytics, and website performance requirements.
- Experience supporting global, enterprise-scale, or multilingual websites.
- Experience in semiconductor, enterprise technology, software, engineering, or technical B2B industries.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or related certification is a plus.

- The pay range below is for Bay Area California only.
