Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship)
Nice to have
- Master's degree with emphasis in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
- May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Management of rocket propulsion defense system programs.
- Management of Missile Defense Agency programs with MAP/PMAP requirements.
- Performing business development activities working directly with funding customer offices.
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Project
- Willingness to seek-out and assume increasing responsibilities as work-load changes
- Ability to multi-task in a highly collaborative team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication
- Other Requirements:
- Travel up to 25%, including the possibility of overnights within the continental US
- Must have a current DoD Secret Clearance
- This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.

Compensation
- The good faith base salary range for this role is $180,405–$310,400 at the time of this posting.
