About the role

Less than high school education or up to one year related sign project experience or training.
Work is performed in company owned vehicles.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Maintains surveillance from YESCO company vehicle to detect evidence of sign and lighting outages and sign service issues
Documents outages by taking pictures and writing down other details
Maintains records, logbooks, and reports
Creates service orders based upon information received by night patrollers
Performs cleaning, preventative, and operator maintenance on YESCO company vehicles
Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
Interacts daily with night patrol, service, and sales employees in the field and in the office to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues

Must have a state issued driver's license in good standing
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to write correspondence
Ability to use word processing, and spreadsheet software
Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to communicate in person
Ability to see from a distance
Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to drive an automobile

Assigns night patrollers to specific geographic areas of coverage to ensure the upmost efficiency of efforts
