Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with audio-visual and video conferencing systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex) is a plus.
- Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to serve as a project resource.
- A minimum of 1+ year(s) of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.
- Available for after-hours callouts (nights and weekends) as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
