About the role
- SCC Housing Services offers a range of housing services to provide the optimal intensity and duration of supportive services needed for the individuals and families we serve to thrive.
- We house people without preconditions such as sobriety because housing is a basic human right.
- Sabathani's CoC Pathways Home offers Permanent Supportive Housing for those experiencing chronic homelessness.
Responsibilities
- Direct Support and Documentation* 85% Intake of participants.
- Internal Support* 10% Works closely with Sabathani's CFO to process rental assistance payments.
- Develop or refine internal processes to ensure efficiency in communication and programming.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers and the public.
- This is a long-term service designed for those having the greatest needs and vulnerability in our community.

Requirements
- Ability to travel to sites within 30-mile radius of the office.
- Valid MN Drivers' License, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to meet Sabathani's driving record requirements.
- To perform this job successfully, you must be able to carry out each essential job function satisfactorily.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a nonprofit setting preferred.
Skills
- Possesses the ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Understand the importance of customer service and professionalism.
- Knowledge and experience with diverse groups of people of lower socioeconomic conditions.
- Demonstrate skills in conflict management.
- Competency or the ability to quickly learn QuickBooks (Intuit Software) and Sales Force platforms.
