Responsibilities
- Position Status: This position is being recruited in support of a pending Federal contract opportunity. Any offer of employment is contingent upon contract award.
- The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and program management support for a Federal Government client.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced program management professional with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate executive-level collaboration, support organizational transformation initiatives, and deliver high-quality results within a dynamic federal consulting environment.
- Lead complex programs and projects from planning through execution.
- Develop recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, organizational performance, and mission success.
- Position Status: This position is being recruited in support of a pending Federal contract opportunity.
- Lead organizational transformation, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and enhance program management tools, reporting solutions, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive program support.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting Federal Government agencies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required Government suitability and security requirements.
- Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or other Federal civilian agencies.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing program management tools, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Experience supporting proposal efforts, strategic planning, or organizational change initiatives.
- Experience mentoring project teams and junior consultants.
- Experience supporting executive leadership within Federal Government organizations.
Compensation
- $102,880-$141,900 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and other business-related considerations.
