May lead small engineering teams to support larger projects.

Excellent communication, organization, scheduling, and analytical skills required Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly in regulated environments.
Proficiency with aerospace-relevant CAD tools (e.g., Creo, NX, CATIA, SolidWorks).
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, composites, special processes).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
Ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related STEM discipline 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical Design or Manufacturing Engineering Must be a U.S citizen.
Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication, organization, scheduling, and analytical skills required Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly in regulated environments.

Master's degree in an Engineering discipline or other STEM related field 5+ years of experience in defense industry or related area SAE ASA-100 certification

Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems and aerospace configuration management practices.
Experience with supplier technical management and contract manufacturers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
