- Northrop Grumman's Space Systems Sector is seeking an EMI/C Systems Engineer - Level 3 or 4 to join our team in Gilbert, AZ.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice to have
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (or equivalent) with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) along with active SCI access at time of application and prior to start date
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialty in Electromagnetics, RF, and/or Analog Circuitry
- Experience with Defense and Aerospace industry practices along with programmatic skills supporting BOE, RFP, ROM, CAM, WBS, and Risk Assessments for E3 compliance.
- Practical hands-on experience in performing emissions and immunity testing to the applicable specifications.
- Thorough working knowledge of MIL-STD's 461/462/464/704 and Commercial Standards (RTCA-DO-160s, FCC, EN & IEC).
- Experience with EMI/C Lab and RF test equipment including and not limited to Spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, signal/pulse generators, Network analyzers, RF generators/monitors/antennas.
- Experience with EMI/C emissions/susceptibility test software, MATLAB, Mathcad and other related programming languages.
- Please be aware that this position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.
Compensation
- $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
- $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
