About the role
- BHFT is a proprietary algorithmic trading firm.
- Our trading operations cover key exchanges.
- The firm trades across a broad range of asset classes, including equities, equity derivatives, options, commodity futures, rates futures, etc.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research and technology teams on strategy deployment.
- Drive improvements in execution and portfolio construction.
- Participate in the design of trading infrastructure and analytics.
- Collaborate with industry-leading professionals, including former employees of Tower, DRW, Broadridge, Credit Suisse, and more.
- Our team manages the full trading cycle, from software development to creating and coding strategies and algorithms.
- The remaining part of the team supports our business operations, such as Risks, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years trading US equities.
- Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies.
- Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure.
