Responsibilities
- Work with Relationship Manager to review loan documents, barrower comments, and negotiations.
- Attend client and prospect calls with Relationship Managers (RM) (approximately 10% of time spent), support meeting preparation, and coordinate timeline, meetings, and actions to execute and close deals.
- Accurately log all activity in applicable Texas Capital systems (Salesforce, Alloscape, etc.) and utilize sales tools to develop call planning strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or other relevant degree.
- Effective team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking suite of products and services.
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical skills - critical thinking, data and information analysis, research, and problem solving.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge and application of Credit Underwriting (i.e., cash flow models, financial spreads, and credit packages).
- Strong utilization of Salesforce and MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint in order to produce reports, correspondence, and presentations
- High interest in outreach to, and involvement in, the communities where we live and work.
