Work with Relationship Manager to review loan documents, barrower comments, and negotiations.
Attend client and prospect calls with Relationship Managers (RM) (approximately 10% of time spent), support meeting preparation, and coordinate timeline, meetings, and actions to execute and close deals.
Accurately log all activity in applicable Texas Capital systems (Salesforce, Alloscape, etc.) and utilize sales tools to develop call planning strategies.

Bachelor's degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or other relevant degree.
Effective team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Strong knowledge of banking suite of products and services.
Exceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical skills - critical thinking, data and information analysis, research, and problem solving.
Organizational and time management skills.
Strong knowledge and application of Credit Underwriting (i.e., cash flow models, financial spreads, and credit packages).
Strong utilization of Salesforce and MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint in order to produce reports, correspondence, and presentations
High interest in outreach to, and involvement in, the communities where we live and work.

2.5 to 3.5 years of experience in Banking, Commercial Banking preferred or other relevant experience.
