About the role

  • Manager, Indirect Procurement and works cross-functionally leveraging the internal collaboration model, core processes and ways of working.
  • The Procurement Coordinator will have a solid understanding of the Retail and On-Premise channel nationally; ensuring that brand, commercial and local programs are sourced on time and on budget.
  • In addition, they will possess a top-level understanding of the Corby brand portfolio, liquor board regulations, brand positioning, brand plans and key initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ordering of tools/materials for Trade Marketing experiential programs and activations and tastings
  • Help manage creative deliverables from brand to agency to vendor.
  • Provide support to the Procurement Sr. Manager for global POS reporting in compliance with global S&R standards.
  • Manage menu and bar tool portals with outside agencies
  • The purpose of the Indirect Procurement Coordinator is to support the Procurement team in all stages of the procurement process from planning to implementation, enabling Pernod Ricard to successfully compete with impact.
  • This role helps lead the development, delivery and execution of omni-channel marketing programs, samplings and POS.
  • They are an essential role to the PRNA Procurement division to help drive program execution through effective sourcing and savings.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing within CPG and/or alcohol beverages (Trade Marketing preferred)
  • Budget management experience
  • Previous brand/event activation experience
  • Highly organized
  • Highly computer literate with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Program Management Experience

Skills

  • Lead creative for National Retail Trade Marketing programs
  • Ensure timely quotations, samples and approvals with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Source all materials on time and on budget (track savings)
  • Lead & vet all Ad Hoc requirements
  • Vendor set up and approval process
  • Provide weekly status to Sr. Procurement Manager as well as stakeholders on pending projects
  • Work collaboratively with the Procurement Sr. Manager to troubleshoot any issues and find resolution

Compensation

  • $20k-$25k

Benefits

  • Please note that contract roles do not include additional monetary benefits or health care coverage.
  • Manage the POS sourcing process (displays, sell sheets, holiday books, tasting materials, bar tools…) in collaboration with Brand, Regional Trade Marketing and Suppliers
  • Manage shipments into warehouse as well as monitor inventory stock levels
