Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from product discussion and design to implementation and launch.
- Build greenfield products for issuers and distribution partners.
- Experience 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience Strong full-stack capability - You're comfortable building and shipping independently from concept to production.
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver product features without heavy hand-holding Strong communication with non technical stakeholders Strong engineering leadership skills, including mentoring engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback, driving technical decision-making, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

Compensation
- $180,000 - $195,000 (based on experience and jurisdiction) Equity: CoinList is a high-growth startup, and equity is a significant part of your total compensation.
